Flow sensor Y19SENS01

The CMCnv datasheet for flow sensor (Y19SENS01) is attached.

Y06CM14 is an old partnumber used for this same flow sensor. In other words, Y06CM14 and Y19SENS01 are identical.

This sensor type does not support the "display" feature, and does not require any configurations.

Quick Guide: Finding Your Flow Range

The table in the manual lists the maximum flow for each pipe size at 0 bar pressure. To find the maximum flow for your operating pressure, use this formula:

Your Max Flow = (Table Value) × (Your Pressure + 1)

​
Example for a 1-inch pipe at 7 bar:

1. From the table, a 1" pipe has a max flow of 4.06 m³/min at 0 bar.
2. Your pressure factor is 7 + 1 = 8.
3. Your Max Flow = 4.06 × 8 = 32.48 m³/min.
4. Your flow range is 0 to 32.48 m³/min.
