Quick Guide: Finding Your Flow Range
The table in the manual lists the maximum flow for each pipe size at 0 bar pressure. To find the maximum flow for your operating pressure, use this formula:
Your Max Flow = (Table Value) × (Your Pressure + 1)
Example for a 1-inch pipe at 7 bar:
- From the table, a 1" pipe has a max flow of 4.06 m³/min at 0 bar.
- Your pressure factor is 7 + 1 = 8.
- Your Max Flow = 4.06 × 8 = 32.48 m³/min.
- Your flow range is 0 to 32.48 m³/min.
